Identity of the publisher, host, registrar, and legal information relating to the Starfall Productions website.
1. Website Publisher
Starfall Productions is a project published on a non-professional basis by a private individual. In accordance with Article 6-III of French law n°2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), the publisher exercises their right to confidentiality: their personal details are not published on this page but remain available to the competent judicial authorities upon request to the host. The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, a company incorporated under Cypriot law, registered office at 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. In accordance with French decree n° 2021-1362 of 20 October 2021, the host retains technical data enabling identification of a connection's source for 1 year, available to judicial authorities upon request.

Editorial direction is provided by the publisher defined in Article 1. In case of disputed content, any request for removal or correction may be submitted via the contact form and will be processed as promptly as possible.
5. Data Collected and Legal Bases
When you consent to the "Statistics" category in the cookie banner, Starfall Analytics (our self-hosted audience-measurement tool) collects your salted, hashed IP address — a pseudonymisation technique recommended under GDPR —, your user agent, a session identifier, and an approximate location (country/city) via MaxMind's GeoLite2 database. This data is kept for 8 months, below the 13-month ceiling recommended by the CNIL for audience-measurement cookies. It is never resold or used for advertising profiling and serves only to improve the site. No statistical data is collected without your explicit consent: see our Cookies page. 6. MarconIA and Transfers Outside the EU
Questions asked to MarconIA, our conversational assistant, are sent to Anthropic's API (Claude), a company based in the United States, solely to generate a reply. This transfer outside the European Union relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Article 46 GDPR), incorporated into Anthropic's Data Processing Addendum for its API (anthropic.com/legal/data-processing-addendum), which contractually forbids Anthropic from selling this data or using it beyond the requested service.

The site sets strictly necessary cookies (language, session) as well as, with your consent, audience-measurement cookies. You can accept, reject, or customise these categories at any time from the consent banner or our dedicated Cookies page. 10. Credits and Third-Party Technologies
This site includes GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from maxmind.com, used for approximate geolocation. It also relies on the open-source libraries Chart.js and jsvectormap, and on the Cinzel, Cormorant Garamond, and Raleway typefaces.
11. Governing Law
This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute regarding its interpretation or performance shall, failing an amicable resolution, fall within the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
